CREATIVE BREW

  • Are you a neurodivergent artist living in rural West Wales?

  • Would you like to hang out with other neurodivergent artist folks in a relaxed and informal way?

Hello, I’m Karn (they/them), I am looking to meet folks and create mutually supportive spaces for connection and creative practice tending. The vision for Creative Brew is to grow a supportive community for chatting, co-working, body doubling and creative sound boarding to help us connect, root and flourish.

You will also be invited to share about your practice in an informal way, and explore the kind of future you would like to see in our community.

The inaugural Brew-times will be held in-person on 3rd October and remotely via Zoom on 8th October.

About me + the project:

I am a queer, transdisciplinary artist and facilitator born, raised and returned to South Pembrokeshire following an ADHD diagnosis in 2023 in my late 30s. I currently make work in relationship with the outer and inner landscapes, using gathered materials and working seasonally. I am interested in folklore, ritual, spirituality, community organising and mutual aid, grief, hope, and what it is to relate to self and other. This has manifested as botanical and earth-based work on paper, writing, performance, installation and other things. I have recently received a second round of ‘Creative Steps’ funding from Arts Council Wales, and this Creative Brew is funded by A-N’s 2025 Artist Bursary
